Apartment Description Upon entering, you are greeted by a welcoming hallway that cleverly leads to the various rooms of the apartment. From the entrance, you are guided to a living room bathed in natural light, thanks to its large windows that open directly onto Boulevard Ornano. This warm space, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, features high ceilings and a bright atmosphere throughout the day. Also accessible from the entrance is a functional bathroom, equipped with a shower, a modern vanity, and a laundry area with an integrated washing machine. A hallway leads to the kitchen: located immediately to the right, it is fully equipped (stove, oven, refrigerator, storage…) and designed for both comfort and practicality in everyday life. Continuing down this hallway, a second opening also leads to the living/dining room, creating a pleasant and smooth flow between the living areas. At the end of the hallway, you’ll find the sleeping quarters: To the left, a spacious bedroom, ideal as the master bedroom, offering peace and comfort.
