We propose to you to the rent, in Plomodiern, This charming 126 m² house in Plomodiern is ideal for 6 travellers and can accommodate up to 12. It has a lovely 35 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 200 m² garden. We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - A living room of 35 m² with wood stove (wood provided with supplement) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A TV lounge, Wifi. - A shower room with shower. - Separate toilet. - A laundry room. - Room 1 : two single beds (which can form a 180x190 bed) with comforter (240x260) and a baby bed - Room 2 : a double bed (140x190) with a comforter (220x240) and a baby bed - Room 3 : a queen size bed (160x200) with a comforter (220x240) and a desk - A bathroom with bathtub and WC. On the 2nd floor : - Room 4 (dormitory): two bunk beds (4 beds) and a double bed (140×190) with comforter (220x240) - A bathroom with shower and WC. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - The wood stove is functional, out of summer season, wood can be provided with extra charge (request and payment to our provider on site). - One animal allowed per stay on request, for a supplement of 15 euros. Equipment provided: plastic crate for medium-sized dogs, two bowls, a cat litter box, etc.

Up to 6 people, only the 1st floor will be available with these three beds. The top floor will only be available for 7 people or more. Activities : Plomodiern is a commune nestled on the bay of Douarnenez at the entrance of the peninsula of Crozon. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a multitude of activities both on land and at sea. You will be seduced by the green nature on one side and its fine sandy beaches on the other side such as Kervijen, Porz Ar Vag, Lestrevet; Kervel and Sainte-Anne-la-Palud are about 10 kilometers away and offer you the possibility to try many nautical activities: surfing, sand yachting, boating, kitesurfing... - Tourist sites : The typical village of Locronan is 15 minutes away (discovery of the village with its numerous galleries, its church, its small shops and its creperies). The authentic town of Douarnenez is 20 minutes away (discovery of the canneries, the port, the town center and the coastal paths).
