Agence Cocoonr B&P offers you the Cocoon apartment, ideally located at the entrance to Megève, just a 7-minute walk from the village center and ski lifts. Completely renovated in 2019, combining modernity and cocooning, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and promises real moments of relaxation. With a surface area of 33 m² plus a 25 m² mezzanine (1.60m ceiling height), Cocoon can accommodate up to 6 people. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen (oven, coffee maker, hob, toaster, dishwasher, electric kettle, etc.). - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) - A mezzanine with 4 single beds (which can be converted into double beds on request) and a double bed in the bedroom. - Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. - Separate WC The apartment is fully equipped with dishwasher, wi-fi, 4 TVs with Blu-Ray players, PS4 games consoles, board games, bluetooth speaker, etc... Exterior: A 40 m² private terrace with furniture, a real plus for memorable moments of relaxation! A closed garage in the basement is also available from the building. It can accommodate a 4X4 or station wagon (max. height 1.80 m). A private closed ski locker is accessible at the building entrance. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are indicative and subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Pets not accepted.

In the immediate vicinity of a bakery, supermarket and various food shops, Cocoon is the ideal place for a Megève getaway. Tennis courts are a 2-minute walk away, and the Palais des Sports is a 5-minute walk away. A closed garage in the basement is also available from the building. It can accommodate a 4X4 or station wagon (max height 1.80m). A private closed ski locker is accessible at the building entrance.
