Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Agde, this charming air-conditioned studio with a surface of 31 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The south-east facing flat is composed as follows: - A fully-equipped kitchen area with, among other things, an electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, toaster, Senseo coffee machine... - A day area of 20m² including a dining area and a lounge area with a double sofa bed, TV and coffee table. This living area can be adapted, one part can be transformed into a sleeping area thanks to the folding bed (140x190). - A bathroom (shower) with WC. Outside : - A terrace in the extension of the flat with outdoor furniture (tables, chairs and deckchairs) to enjoy the nice days. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the flat - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - A bicycle storage room is available on site. - Please note that the access to the naturist village is regulated and paying. Please consult the conditions of access on the site of the naturist village of Cap d'Agde ("resident of passage"). The flat is ideally located in the heart of the naturist village of Cap d'Agde, less than 500 metres from the beach, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Nearby: - Mole and La Roquille beach located at 10 minutes walk by the Lano Park. - La Conque beach 2.3 km away (29 min walk). - Gulf of Cap d'Agde at 2.4 km (4 min by car). - Étang de Thau 17.1 km away (19 minutes by car). - Sète and Bezier located at about 24 km (34 min by car).
