Welcome to our Apartment into an exceptional location, Located on the second floor with elevator (only from the first floor), you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, A/C, balcony, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV... This apartment consists in 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, closets, bathroom with shower, kitchen open on the living room with dining table and TV. There is air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. In the other bedroom there is a fan. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival. This is a no smoking apartment.

Garibaldi Square and Place du Pin are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your grocery shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 10 minutes walking. Walk along Garibaldi Square and you will arrive at the Old Town entrance and its famous flower market.
