Come discover our magnificent 2-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Grasse, the world capital of perfume!
Renovated by an interior designer and very bright, it offers exceptional views of the countryside and the sea from its charming balcony.
Just a stone's throw from the Cathedral, perfumeries, museums, boutiques, and restaurants, it's the ideal destination to fully enjoy the riches of Grasse and the surrounding countryside.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an elegant mansion overlooking one of the most beautiful squares in Grasse. It comprises:
- a spacious air-conditioned living room with a sea-view balcony and television,
- a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and television,
- a lovely bedroom with two single beds,
- a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with access to the living room,
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower,
- and a separate toilet. As the accommodation is located in a pedestrian zone, you will have a free access card to the Indigo Honoré Cresp Parking, located 400 meters walk from the apartment (about 5 minutes).

Living in the center of Grasse means living in a "village" that can be crossed from one side to the other in just a few minutes. A promontory overlooking the sea, the historic center is accessible from the coast by two boulevards which follow the relief and lead to a single direction of traffic and lead to the Cours Honoré Cresp, a place for walks and reunions. Spiral staircase folded in on itself, a very tight maze of sloping alleys, the center cultivates the art of secrecy: narrow streets, mazes, squares, austere facades, discreet gardens, flights of steps. Saved area, the city is not tamed at first glance but conceals many architectural treasures. Crossed underground by streams and springs, it features pretty fountains. Its industrial heritage is marked by the presence of the remains of local factories (chimneys, perfume companies) now concentrated in the lower part of the city.
