Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 27 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 12 m² terrace. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor - 27 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, toaster, hob, etc. - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside - A 12 m² terrace to enjoy the warm weather - A balcony accessible from the bedroom - A shared, unfenced garden Other remarks - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use - The duplex has been entirely eco-renovated by Nina Chardin, founder of the School of Sustainable Interior Design. It offers excellent thermal comfort while using healthy, local or reused materials. The duplex is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby. Activities La Bresse, in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offer a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits. In summer : - Over 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike circuits, Lac des Corbeaux, Lac de Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing... - Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer tobogganing, trial... - Visits: confectionery, clog-making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1h away).
