Located 300 metres from the shops and the main square of Saint Gervais and 600 metres from the gondola (free shuttles in front of the apartment), you will have the opportunity to admire the view of the Aravis Chain. Located in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy the calm and this beautiful landscape. With a capacity for 4 adults, 1 child and 1 baby, this accommodation will be ideal for a family holiday. The nursery is a real cabin (height >m80, and the kids love it! For your baby, a complete material awaits you (umbrella bed, pot, baby dishes, changing mat, frog, high chair,... For adults, a "parental suite" located upstairs will allow you to stay calm and enjoy your own bathroom. For the youngest, a bathroom located on the ground floor of the apartment and equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. A dishwasher, a "Cookéo" robot, a raclette machine, and a fondue pan will help you have an unforgettable stay. The kitchen equipment is almost new and a gentle heating will be appreciated in the winter season. For the summer, fans are available. Private parking
This apartment being our second home recently (2017), we tried to make it pleasant by taking care of its interior decoration and equipping it with new equipment (dishware, kitchen utensils and battery, sheets, duvets, pillows, towels). We are sensitive to the well-being of all our future tenants. Our housekeeper will be happy to welcome you and explain how the apartment works. We can provide free baby equipment: folding bed (120x60), high chair for eating, plastic dishes and chamber pot. We remain at your disposal as well as our housekeeper to make your stay as pleasant as possible and make you discover this wonderful region. The residence tax will be paid to our housekeeper upon your arrival in cheque or cash (euros) if it has not been paid on the Booking website. A receipt will be sent to you by email at the request.
