Exterior: - An unheated swimming pool, secured by a fence, curtain cover, open from June 1 to September 30 (weather permitting), with sun loungers - 300 m² private enclosed garden with furniture - A 10 m² terrace with table and chairs by the pool to enjoy the sunny days. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. - A flat on the top floor of the house is occupied by a year-round tenant (independent access). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. If you'd like to explore the region, take a 1-hour drive along the coast to Bidart, Anglet, Biarritz... and their famous beaches, where surfing and a festive atmosphere go hand in hand!
