Magnificent 3 room apartment entirely renovated on the sea front with its incredible view. You will be conquered by the situation of the flat "feet in the water". The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old Nice and its magnificent daily market and the port of Nice located just in front of the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Flat of 59 m2 and 7m2 of terrace with lift for 4 people including 2 bedrooms, one of which overlooks this beautiful terrace overlooking the Nice horizon with its design living room and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and an independent toilet. The flat is modern, comfortable, stylish and newly renovated. The flat is air-conditioned in all rooms except the back bedroom where you will have a fan on stand if needed but this room is already very cool.
