Located in the hamlet of Etival, in the Natura 2000 zone and backed by the forest of La Grande Charnie, our cottage was completed in 2019. This very old house, formerly included in the perimeter of an abbey, has 2 levels for a living area of 120 m². The beds will be made upon your arrival and you will have: - On the ground floor, a large living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge and a bedroom (twin beds of 80) with private shower room, separate toilet. - Upstairs: a master bedroom (twin beds of 80, child's bed, private bathroom), another bedroom with 4 beds of 90, 2 of which can be twinned.
