Always a friendly welcome, help with bags, etc. First floor room very quiet with large single bed and large wet room/shower area; window opens on to a small private terrace (without direct access). Very clean.

SlovakiaWe stayed 3 nights in room nr 23 on the second floor with a french balcony opening to the backyard. Very calm and quite. The room is small (as shown in pictures on the website) but absolutly ok, with a kitchenette and a comfortable bathroom with a door and window. The hallway and the stairs are very nice, very clean, very quite, as newly refurbished. All the staff very friendly, very effective, respect to the cleaning staff doing an amasing job! We made our booking 1-2 days before check-in and got the last room available. Next time we will ask for room nr 14 on the first floor wich also is to the back of the hotel. Spacious, light and airy, beautiful! Highly rekommend this hotel!
