Positioned on the lake slope (piste verte), which leads directly to the start of the Châtelet and Floria chairlifts, you can leave on skis and return the same way. Just 200m from the residence, you can take the free shuttle bus into the village. You can also park your car in the chalet's own garage and parking space. This semi-detached chalet with a traditional feel offers spacious 158m2 of living space. The 90m2 terrace on the south-facing side of the chalet is a veritable solarium, guaranteeing relaxation and sunbathing even in winter. On the first floor you'll find a ski room equipped with a boot warmer for added comfort, a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), a bathroom with WC, a shower room with WC, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bunk bed and a small sofa bed.
