This 3rd-floor apartment (no elevator) will seduce you with its location, brightness and calm (set back from the street). You'll find a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet, a large bedroom with a double bed that can be split into 2 single beds, opening onto a back alley, and a spacious living room with sofa bed. You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay, including washing machine, free wifi, bed made on arrival and towels provided. Please note: this accommodation is ideal for a couple, but is not recommended for children. Transport: 1 minute from Place St Vincent with its many buses and tourist office. 10-minute walk from the Dinan slipway to take the boat/shuttle to Dinard. 15 minutes from the ferry terminal for Jersey Guernsey and England. Grocery : Supermarket in the street at the foot of the apartment. Leisure and entertainment : 2 minutes from the beaches of L'éventail and Le Sillon, and less than 5 minutes from Bon Secours and Le Môle. All shops, tearooms, restaurants and bars are less than 2 minutes away.... In the heart of the Intra-Muros : Visits: museums, the Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the tourist office at Porte St Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts outside. From Place St Vincent, you'll find bus and coach departures to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a commented historical tour of the town. Food: Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, is a great place to discover local produce: butters and cheeses from chez Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables at Les 4 saisons, fresh fish at the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absinthe.
