Located on the 11th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, an office space and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 30 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa and armchair and dining area - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - An office space with a double sofa bed - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with bath and toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, fan, iron. Exterior : - A balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available (fiber optic). - Secured residence, with an intercom. Access to the building by badge. In case of loss of this badge, 50 euros will be charged. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
