This mansion located on the Hunaudières straight line offers a direct view of the 24-hour race track of Le Mans. Spacious and elegant, on a fenced and wooded lot, this house offers several spacious and comfortable suites to accommodate families or groups of travelers. A hangar is also available for up to 2 cars, and there is also enough space on the grounds to park other vehicles. WIFI included. The owner of the pilot house provides a fireplace in the dining room, as well as firewood. Wood is available in the garage and/or next to the fireplace. The use of the fireplace is intended to spend a good time by the fire. It is therefore a pleasure use that must be limited. Please be very careful when using the fireplace. Do not make a fire before leaving the house (even to go shopping). If there is a fire, there must always be someone in the house to watch it. Glowing embers could be thrown out of the fireplace and start a fire. It is not allowed to use the fireplace to cook food. In case of lack of wood, you can ask Mr. Bidault, the neighbor on the left side of the house, who will be able to bring you wood. Finally, please put out the fire before you leave. If you notice that the chimney is smoking, please put it out immediately. This may be because the hatch is closed. Enjoy yourself in safety and respect of the place!
