In the morning, enjoy Normandy tourism, Deauville architecture, shops and markets around the famous port of Honfleur. While waiting for lunch prepared in the beautiful and spacious kitchen, play pétanque or table tennis, in the middle of the beautiful north-facing garden. During the day, you will be at the beach in 10 minutes on foot! Then relax on the fully fenced terrace, facing south for beautiful evenings of sharing between laughter, barbecue, swing & games. Good to know: The property is located 16 meters from the road. Therefore, even if the house is fully equipped with double glazing, the passage of cars can be heard during the day from the garden. Be careful of passing cars when leaving the private road. Fiber was installed in December 2023, very good wifi connection now.
