Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights). It comprises a large entrance hall leading to a large living room with study area, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a separate kitchen with dining table, a master bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. On a high floor, it benefits from a beautiful unobstructed view and a balcony running from the living room to the double bedroom, where you can enjoy your coffee or meal. You'll love its brightness and, above all, its proximity to the T2 streetcar, just a 2-minute walk away, which takes you to Jean Macé and the metro in 1 stop, and to Perrache in 3 stops. You can also take a stroll through the magnificent Parc Sergent Blandan, just a 5-minute walk away. Finally, if you're travelling by car, you can take advantage of the garage provided for the duration of your stay. Other remarks: - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. - An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
