Located in the heart of the old town, the "Venice of the Alps" this renovated apartment offers modern comfort in a building full of history. 📍 Location With a surface area of 36 square meters, this furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure character building without elevator. Decorated and arranged in a contemporary style, it has an equipped kitchen; a dining area with table and chairs; a sofa in the living room with TV and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. In the bedroom: 1 double bed and a mezzanine offering 2 single beds (⚠️ little height under ceiling). You will feel comfortable during your stay: Flat screen TV, Wifi, Washing machine, Microwave, Refrigerator, Iron, Coffee machine, Kettle, etc... This makes it an ideal base to discover Annecy! ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. Around the corner, the lake, the city center and the castle above us are just 5 minutes away.
