This beautiful apartment of 112 m2, located in Briançon, is perfect for vacations in the mountains. Recently renovated, it is located in an old family house, which gives it both charm and modernity. You will benefit from a totally independent access and an absolute calm. It is ready to receive 8 people! ## Logement My apartment is spacious, bright and perfectly suited for a tourist stay. It has a breathtaking view of the mountains. It is composed of two parts, the first one is an apartment for 6 people, with a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two twin beds (a very comfortable mattress topper allows to get a double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed; the second part is a studio for 2 people, composed of a living space with a folding bed, a kitchenette, and an independent shower room. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, microwave, oven, iron, raclette machine (individual raclette sets with candle), fondue picks. A professional cleaning is done before the arrival of the travelers. We are very attached to this apartment that we have taken the time to renovate over several years. You will be welcomed by Julie, in charge of the management of the apartment, who will be at your disposal during your stay. Do not hesitate to share your ideas and remarks with her to improve in any way the reception of future travelers. The apartment is located 5 minutes by car from the cable car to the Prorel summit and the Rocher Blanc ridge. You will be able to take full advantage of winter activities such as skiing, ice falls, snowshoeing... The first ski lifts are located a few minutes away by car. A real sportsman's paradise, you will also be spoiled in summer by hiking, mountaineering, via ferrata, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, paragliding... Located at the convergence of five valleys - Haute-Durance, Guisane, Clarée, Ayes and Cerveyrette - the city of Briançon occupies a remarkable geographical situation.
