John and Sue would like to welcome you to their French home. Situated in Lower Normandy, the house is located within walking distance of Ranes which has a superb bakery, butcher, chateau with fishing and a hippodrome. La Ferte Mace is a fifteen minute drive and Bagnoles twenty minutes. A lake with a man made beach and lots of activities can be found at La Ferte Mace whilst Bagnoles de l'Orne is one of the loveliest towns in Normandy. Situated on a quiet road it is possible to walk miles without seeing another human being and cycling is safe both for adults and children. At Le Beauregard there is a lovely grassed area for you to sit and relax. The two rooms have recently been built as when we bought the property there was no upper floor. Both with en suite shower rooms and tea/coffee making facilities we believe you will be very comfortable.

John and Sue retired in 2016 after running several successful hospitality venues in both England and Wales. John is a trained chef and will offer evening meals to guests who wish to prebook.

Rânes boasts a hippodrome where trotting races take place. It also has a chatea and a fishing lake. Carrouges is not too far with its chateau. La Ferte Mace and Bagnoles de l'Orne are both within 20 minute drive.
