The house of 90 m² can accommodate up to 4 persons (and two young children), and is composed of a living room with exposed stones, a fully equipped open kitchen and a living room opening onto the garden, two bedrooms with double bed, shower room, WC. Sheets and towels included. Parking space. Wifi access. On the first floor : - Bright living room with direct access to the garden and terrace. - Kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped : fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster... - Adjacent living room with brick and stone walls, sofa, coffee table. - Bathroom with shower, sink, hair dryer On the first floor: Accessible from the living room by an original metal staircase, from an old sugar factory in the village (La Fabrique), you will find two bedrooms. - Room 1: authentic spirit, stone wall and exposed beams. This room is furnished with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, bedside table, armchair. - Room 2 : white, pastel and natural materials for this room with a double bed 190 x 200 cm, bedside tables, folding armchair in child bedding. Outside : - Large terrace of about 30 m² exposed southwest to enjoy the sunset! Accessible from the dining room, it is equipped with a table, 5 chairs, garden furniture, two deckchairs and a barbecue. - A part of the garden is privatized for the travelers (50 m²).
