Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, in Carroz d'Arâches, resort of Haute-Savoie (74) of the Grand Massif area (Flaine, Carroz, Samoens, Sixt) close to Chamonix and the Mont-Blanc massif, we propose you this family chalet entirely renovated with a surface of 180 m² and which can welcome 15 travelers. The house is ideally located, in a very pleasant and quiet environment benefiting from a magnificent view on the Pointe d'Areu and the Peak Marcelly while being close to the center of the village and the shops. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m² with a stove, an open fully equipped kitchen, 5 nice bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a home cinema/TV room and you can enjoy a terrace and a garden of about 2500 m² to taste the mountain air. Sheets and towels are included. Lovers of skiing and hiking with family or friends, we are waiting for you. Outside : - A beautiful garden of 2,500 m², south facing. - A terrace accessible from the living room, facing South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available. - The wood stove is functional, some logs are available. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - A snow removal company will come as soon as the snow falls. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - For even more comfort, the owners have added the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge.
