We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Châteauroux, this charming attic apartment, air-conditioned of a surface of 38 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open kitchen equipped, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates... - A space with a queen-size bed (160×200). - A bathroom with shower and toilet. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available (fiber optic). - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be required.
