Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to rent, on the commune of Bellevaux, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 49 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a mezzanine, a bathroom and a balcony not overlooked. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... Night area: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200). - A mezzanine with three single beds. - A bathroom with bathtub. - A separate toilet. Outside : - A balcony of 4.5 m², facing west, to enjoy the view and the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, baby bed, plancha. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free wifi is available. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. - A ski room with private locker. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as a ski shop at 100 metres, ski pass/day ticket offices at 100 metres, restaurants, bars...
