An extended work plan allows you to eat your meals there. The two double-glazed windows and the acoustic and thermal quality of the insulation will allow you to stay comfortably from a few days to several months. The quality sofa bed is very easy to handle allowing during the day to find a living area with different coffee tables. You will find also large-format television and its sound bar. The bathroom has a large Italian shower, a cupboard and sink, illuminating mirror with different functions, a towel dryer and a hanging toilet. The Cocoonr Agency The accommodation Le Kipling is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Rennes and will be prepared for your arrival. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is made up on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar. The district: Situated close to the theatre of the old Saint Etienne, the place des Lices and Saint Anne and the convent of the Jacobins, you will have the privilege to stay close to the essential places of the city.
