Located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a beautiful, characterful condominium in the St Servan district, this handsome duplex will seduce you with its cachet, with exposed beams, stone walls and two decorative fireplaces (not usable). You'll enter directly into a vast living room, comprising a sitting area, an open-plan kitchen and a large, light-filled lounge. Bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, a large attic bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a large dressing room, an office area and a toilet and washbasin. As the staircase is not secure, this property is not suitable for small children. Its ideal location in the heart of St Servan means you can park for free in the Place Constantine parking lot. Intra-Muros, the historic center, can be reached in 10 minutes on foot down St Servan's main street, or along the Bas Sablons harbor. There's a market every Tuesday and Friday in the halles on the Place de St Servan, 200 m away. A small oyster market is held every Sunday on Place Bouvet (theater square). A mini-market and numerous shops are less than a 5-minute walk away in Rue de Ville Pépin. St Servan is famous for its large shopping street, the Solidor tower and the Cité d'Aleth, the cradle of Saint-Malo. Beaches and walks : Protected from the wind and bathed in sunshine, Saint-Servan's beaches and charming coves are ideal for families. On the Bas-Sablons beach, just below the Place du Théâtre, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at the Bac'O Sablons while your children play on the sand below. We also recommend a stroll along the corniche d'Aleth, the cradle of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral, or a little further afield. Transportation: You're just a 10-minute walk from the inner city. Several bus lines serve Saint-Servan: line 1 (intra-muros/la gare/centre commercial de La Madeleine), line 6 (Intra-Muros/ Quelmer et ses balades des bords de Rance), and line 4 (Rothéneuf/Château-Malo) take you to the other seaside districts of plage du sillon, Paramé and Courtoisville,... You'll be greeted personally on site by a Cocoonr Saint-Malo representative who will show you around, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
