We propose you to rent, on the commune of La Bresse, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 34 m² and which can welcome up to 5 travellers (ideally 2 adults and 3 children, the bunk beds are not adapted for adults). Located on the 8th floor (with lift), it has a nice living room of 23 m², an open plan kitchen, a separate mountain area, a shower room and you can enjoy a balcony. We are waiting for you! The flat is composed as follows: - A 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates... - A separate sleeping area with a sliding door and a bunk bed that sleeps three. The bunk beds are not suitable for adults but for children. - A shower room with shower and toilet. Outside : - A balcony of about 8 m² facing South-South-East to enjoy the nice days. Other remarks: - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Sheets and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged. - There is a closed cupboard in the ski room. - The bunk beds are not suitable for adults but for children.

The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has obtained the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. The Vosges offer a multitude of activities and leisure activities in summer and winter: In summer : - More than 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike routes, Forest walks and numerous lakes, Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing... - Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial... - Visits: confectionery, clog making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), villages and vineyards of Alsace (Colmar 1 hour away). In winter : - Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (5 minutes walk from the flat), the largest area in the Vosges. - Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs). - Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoeing circuits, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, sledging slopes, ice rink. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private car park of the residence, several unnumbered places. As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - A winter shuttle to the ski slopes. - Nearest train station: Remiremont station, 40 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Metz Nancy Lorraine airport, 2 hours and 4 minutes away by car.
