Located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a quiet, contemporary residence, this apartment can accommodate up to 2 travelers. It comprises an attractive living room opening onto a spacious southeast-facing balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen, an open-plan bedroom opening onto the living room, and a bathroom. Le voyageur offers you all the comfort you need to discover our city, whether for business or pleasure. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with a comfortable lounge area, sofa, coffee table, TV, WiFi. - A fully-equipped kitchen, including microwave, hob, etc. - A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - A sofa in the living room - Bathroom with WC - Bike room Shared outdoor area: If you're feeling curious, don't hesitate to venture into the residence's private park, where you'll find calm and serenity amidst century-old trees.
