The apartment is ideal for 3 couples, a family or a group of friends as it consists of a comfortable open space that goes with a dining area (+/- 6 pers) and a fully equipped kitchen. Here is what you can find in the property: x3 Bedrooms with Queen size beds (160x200), ensuite bathrooms and TV x2 separate toilet The apartment is fully equipped (Wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher...) and linen are of course provided. Air conditioning is available in the living room area and in all bedrooms. At your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions: bed linen, towels, bath products, coffee and tea. Moreover our smart-lock system will allow you an autonomous check-in after 3pm and a key-less stay. As all our apartments are non smoker a breach of this rule will force us to execute a special cleaning in the apartment hence 50% of your damage deposit will be debited. The metro passing not far from the apartment can be overheard from time to time.
