This lovely property is located in a wonderful rural spot close to Merinchal. It has been created within a barn but has a private entrance and parking area. It makes it the perfect choice for a peaceful getaway. As a self-catering property, you will find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave. The lounge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television. There is a Pellet Stove in the lounge. Wood Pellets are not included in the nightly price and are available for an additional charge of 5 euros for a bag of Wood Pellets paid directly to the owner upon delivery. From the lounge you can access the balcony which has lovely views of the countryside. This property has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Bedlinen and towels, are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED on the property. - The property is not suitable for children under the age of 12. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - No parties are allowed at the property. - There are Electric Vehicle Charging Stations located in Giat, Crocq & Aubusson.
