Spacious apartment on the second floor of a bourgeois residence with elevator. The atmosphere of this apartment is unique, thanks to its tasteful decoration and quality amenities. Ideal for a tourist stay with family, friends or business. It comprises - 1 double 50 m² living room - 1 fully equipped kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 2 bathrooms. - 1 exceptional 100m2 wooded terrace, THE KITCHEN The kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. THE EQUIPMENT All facilities provided: washing machine, tumble dryer, wifi (fiber), coffee pods, sponge, garbage bags, hotel-quality sheets and towels, professional cleaning before and after each reservation. Free access to the Cité Mondiale parking lot. Parties and evenings prohibited. The apartment has a sound level meter.
