Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to come and stay in this charming house just a few steps from the sea! Located in a quiet neighborhood close to all amenities, you'll be able to enjoy a wide range of activities: beach, water sports, discovering World War II sites or visiting the beautiful city of Caen! The bright, 3-storey, 43 m² house, renovated in 2017, comprises a living-dining room with sofa, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a mezzanine with desk, a shower room and a south-facing terrace! Bed linen and towels extra. The house: Ground floor: - A living room with sofa, coffee table, TV and decorative warming fireplace. - Fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, microwave, electric hob, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, plancha, utensils. - wc Second floor: - A closet, a small office and the bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath and shower, access to the terrace via the outside stairs. Second floor: - A mezzanine with a double bed, bedside tables, storage chest of drawers and butler. Exterior : - A 12m² paved and enclosed south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a deckchair. Other remarks: - You will be greeted by the Terres de Nacre concierge service. - Bed linen and towels provided on request from the concierge. This very quiet and pleasant area is ideally located just a few steps from the sea and the town centre where you will find various shops: bakery, butcher's, post office, mini-market, boutiques and the market (all year round on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 8am to 1pm). You will have the choice between the two beaches closest to your accommodation: the beach of Saint-Aubin, lined with villas from the 1930s and the beach of Bernières-sur-mer, less frequented but perfect for a bike ride!
