Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Saint-Juvat, this charming house of a surface of 112 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 15 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 800 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor: - A living room of 15 m² with sofa, TV and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A shower room (with shower) - A separate toilet On the first floor : - Two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom (with bathtub) - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, dishwasher, baby bed, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron, outdoor games for children. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. Beds are made up on arrival. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and for cleaning the appliances after use. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Terre Émeraude Conciergerie (concierge / housekeeping service).

The house is ideally located in Saint-Juvat, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Tourist visits, cruises, various nautical activities. - At only 12 kilometers from the city of Dinan, medieval city with the port of the Rance where you can rent boats without license or canoes. - 40 kilometers from the coast and its beaches: Dinard, Saint-Malo, Saint-Lunaire and Saint-Briac-sur-Mer - Events: medieval festivals organized in summer by the city of Dinan (12 km), Armor music festival in Bobital (12kms from the accommodation) Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the asphalt courtyard of the lodging which can accomodate from 4 to 5 vehicles or in the private garage which can accomodate a car type sedan.
