A two-hour drive from Paris (1h45 by train), the city of Auxerre, in Burgundy, offers extraordinary quality between heritage and nature, history and vineyards, architecture and outdoor activities. Johan and Cécile offer you their two-room apartment, located in the heart of the historic center, a stone's throw from the Clock Tower and the Passage Manifacier.
Nathalie will contact you a few days before your arrival to set with you your arrival time: she will be present* to welcome you, will be reachable for the duration of your stay and will be present when you leave. It also offers + services: delivery of groceries, basket of regional products, linen management, reservation of tourist services ... Auxerre is a very beautiful city: several monuments are open to the visit (Saint-Etienne Cathedral, Saint-Germain Abbey, Clock Tower, Museum of Natural History, pedestrian streets, half-timbered houses ...) and pretty small shops welcome you for a game of shopping. You can easily do everything on foot. A bus and shuttle service is also available. The Tourist Office is located a few meters from the apartment, at the foot of the Clock Tower. Rue Fécauderie is a pedestrian street that connects the Horloge district to the Saint-Etienne Cathedral. On Saturdays, shopkeepers usually take out their stalls and the street is particularly lively. The rest of the week, the street is busy.
