## The space The villa consists of 2 levels connected by an interior staircase as well as an exterior staircase (patio door leading to the pool area). You access the entrance door via a staircase descending from the parking area. On the first level, you will find a gas barbecue, a stone table, and a resin table that can accommodate 10 people for dining. Inside, there is a hallway, a kitchen, a shower room, a children's bedroom with two bunk beds, a master bedroom, and a living room with a television, DVD player, and internet access, which opens onto a 30 m2 terrace with a sea view. On the lower level, at the same level as the pool, there are two 20 m2 master suites, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. All four bedrooms are individually air-conditioned. The villa has an apartment located above your rental, which is rented out year-round, but don't worry, only the parking area is shared. The pool and garden are completely private and reserved for you. To make your stay enjoyable, we provide hotel-quality linen, including bed linens, two towels per person, kitchen towels, and bath mats. For stays of 7 nights or more, pool towels will be provided during the summer season (May-September). ## Guest access Access to the property is through a gate. The available parking is shared with the occupants of the third floor of the villa and is limited to 2 vehicles so that each can exit independently. If you have additional vehicles, they can be parked along the property's wall. Access is very easy thanks to the presence of a driveway. ## Other things to note The swimming pool, terrace, and garden are entirely private and reserved for your use.

Continuing on the Gourdon road for 7 minutes, you will reach this Provençal village, one of the most beautiful in France, with its castle and magnificent viewpoint overlooking the French Riviera. Just 5 minutes away is Grasse, the city of perfumes, with its museums worth visiting. Valbonne, a charming enclosed Provençal village with restaurants and shops, is a 10-minute drive away. Biot and Saint Paul de Vence can be reached in 20 minutes. Finally, the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, and Juan les Pins are just half an hour away. It takes approximately 30 minutes to reach Nice and its airport. And why not visit Monaco, Menton, or Italy? There are various sports activities available nearby: - Tennis - 2 golf courses within 5 minutes - Horseback riding - Paintball and go-karting within 2 minutes - Numerous hiking trails - Club Med with day access possible At Pont du Loup, you can access the river and swim during hot weather or go rafting. Let's not forget the southernmost ski resorts in France: you are 35 minutes away from Gréolières les Neiges. Alternatively, you can reach Isola 2000, Auron, and Valberg, which are a bit further.
