The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed internet. It is nestled in a beautiful park, with parking and gardens, in a building that was once a palace. Just a leisurely 7-minute walk down Boulevard Beausite takes you to the sun-kissed beaches of "Plages du Midi", where the azure waters of the French Riviera await. A highlight of Quartier de la Croix des Gardes is its Natural Forest Park: an expansive 80-hectare site that offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. It is known for its exceptional panoramas of the Cannes landscape, the Lérins Islands, and the surrounding mountains, including the Estérel massif.
