Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for an additional charge:

Apartments:

- EUR 60 for bed linen and for towels

Supplement for accommodation of a third or fourth person during the stay: 50 euros per person per night

Please note that the swimming pool will be open from 30 May to 30 September 2020.

A surcharge of 30 euros applies for arrivals after check-in & departure after check-out hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

In case of excessive noise on the boat after 22:00, the stay might be immediately cancelled.

Please note that bike rental is subject to availability.

The 11 kw charging station costs 25 euros for 2 hours.

Go to reception with the rental contract for the paid access card before 4:00 p.m. (average waiting time 25 mins/50 mins in season) - a cash DEPOSIT of 200 euros will be requested against the access keys to the residence, the apartment, the swimming pool and the bicycle room…deposit returned on the day of departure in person… (transfer costs)

您须在入住前通过银行转账方式向住宿付款。住宿会在您预订后与您联系并提供关于银行转账的说明。

该住宿不允许举办男性聚会、女性聚会或类似的聚会。

01:00:00至09:00:00期间需保持安静。

如您在入住期间对住宿造成损坏，根据此住宿的损毁政策，退房后您可能会被要求支付最高€ 500的赔偿。
