The apartment is located on the fifth floor, accessible via elevator, of an ancient building that is full of history and situated in the center of the glorious 1st arrondissement of Paris near the Musée du Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and the Champs Elysée. Entering the apartment, you will be immediately struck with wonder at the uniqueness of this sun-filled space. It stretches out lengthwise along the front of the building's mansard roof, with ancient roof beams visible throughout and elegant arched windows. The living area extends into a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a folding screen that can be used to increase a sense of privacy. The bedroom area is furnished with beautiful, classical style pieces, with a choice selection of cozy armchairs and elegant tables which gives the occupant the sense of being in a remarkably luxurious French artiste's garret. At the other end of the apartment, the bathroom; clean and white-tiled, features a deep bath set in just below another curved window nook, and a Venus-on-the-half-shell sink. Moving through to the modern and fully equipped kitchen; a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher.
