In Villeurbanne city center, closed to metro station. Enjoy a fully equipped apartment with a vintage atmosphere. For few hours or few days, you will enjoy its functional aspect, its light and the nice and convenient neighbourhood. You will dispose of all the necessary furnitures for a comfortable stay : High speed Internet, TV, coffee machine, water boiler, cooking tools... For stay longer than a week, a weekly cleaning will be done by our cleaning service. the usual time is between 10AM and 15PM. Pre-registration is required for access to our accommodations. Entrance instructions will not be given if this check-in has not been completed in full prior to your arrival. An email for pre-registration will be sent to you immediately after booking. This procedure requires an Internet connection and you will be asked to : - proof of identity - a 100 euros direct debit authorization (the amount will not be debited, but the account must have the necessary funds, otherwise the authorization will be refused) - a photo of your face - your agreement to our rental conditions The security deposit can only be paid by credit card; any other means of payment will be refused. This deposit is not a maximum amount. If your stay incurs costs in excess of 100 euros for damage or additional services, additional amounts will be deducted to cover the full amount of these costs. The security deposit may be used for any damage or breach of the house rules during your stay.
