## The space This apartment is located on the first floor of a 16th century building. You will have to climb a few steps to discover the bright living room and its exposed beams. A fully equipped and fitted kitchen: oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge, and Nespresso coffee maker and a kitchen kit only for the 1st night (1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 tablet dishwasher and a towel for the kitchen) will be at your disposal as well as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee capsules (4 normal, 4 decaf), olive oil, sunflower oil, vinegar of wine, balsamic vinegar, tea bags, infusions. The bedroom has a kingsize bed (180 x 200 cm) and the sofa in the living room converts into a real bed (140 x 190 cm). Household linen (Sheets, a bath towel, a bath mat) is provided. You will also find an iron and ironing board. You can discover the bathroom equipped with a shower, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer. You will also have a bathroom kit for the 1st night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper. The apartment is equipped with double glazed windows. ## Guest access Arrival is when you want from 4 p.m. (without the possibility of early arrival) until midnight. Departure is no later than 10 a.m. (no possibility of late departure). Entry into the house is AUTONOMOUS using a key box. ## The neighborhood The apartment is located in the very center of the beautiful historic city, at the foot of the ramparts of the Château d'Amboise. It overlooks the Loire on one side and an interior courtyard on the other. You will be a 2-minute walk from the Amboise market (every Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.) and the Château, while enjoying the calm for quiet nights. Amboise has many restaurants and bars, as well as clothing and craft shops, a delicatessen, good bakeries, a Carrefour City, a bookstore, pharmacies... All close to the apartment! The cities of Tours and Blois are 35 minutes away by car, as well as the famous Beauval Zoo. You can also visit other castles of the Loire nearby (Chenonceau, Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont…) or take advantage of sunny days to walk along the banks of the Loire, or even go down it in a canoe kayak! ## Getting around Paid parking in front of the building, but possibility to park for free in the surrounding streets.
