The residence is located 10 minutes walk from the hypercentre of Deauville and its magnificent Place Morny as well as from the (very) famous Casino. Many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes await you. The Deauville-Trouville train station is a 15-minute walk from the flat. The flat is located in the Port of Deauville, a preserved place outside the city while remaining a 10-minute walk from all amenities and leisure. The residence has free unallocated parking spaces. There are also many parking spaces on the road leading to the Port with electric charging stations. Travelers who do not have a carcan easily come by train, the Deauville-Trouville station being a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
