Just 10 km away is the popular town of Carpentras at your feet, and 30 km away you can experience Avignon with its magnificent parks and the former papal palace. Also worth a trip is L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, known worldwide for its many antique and junk stores. The Dentelles de Montmirail with their bizarrely shaped mountain ridges are only 10 km away. There you will find good conditions for climbing and hiking, and also some of the officially most beautiful villages of France are waiting for your visit: Gordes, Le Barroux, Venasque, Séguret, Vaison, Sault and Roussillon are all beautiful places within a radius of less than 30 km.
