Spacious loft, situated at a walk distance (10 min) of the Cathedral, Champagne houses (5 min for the closest) and the shops of the hyper centre (15 min). The apartment is very clear (it formerly was a painting school), very calm, and cosy. It features 2 bedrooms and a wide living-space. There is a private and secured parking in the courtyard of the building.

The apartment is located in a residential area very close to the city hyper-center. The area is quiet and safe. In the immediate proximity you will find several bakeries, a newsagent, two pharmacies, a supermarket, a post office, a bank with DAB, several restaurants, as well as the former Jesuit school hosting the Euro-American campus of Sciences Po . You'll be at a few minutes walk of: Notre Dame Cathedral, St Remy Basilica, the city center and its shops, opera, cinemas ... and the champagne houses! From the A4 motorway: Exit "Reims Cathédrale".
