The place was exceptional! It was beautiful, classy and homey at the same time. The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, pleasant and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was good!

Decoration simple but elegant, Clean. Staff ( I think the proprietor and chef) very helpful. Food amazing, I mean amazing. This guy is passionate and very good…trust me. Set menu is prepared daily. And wow! today was excellent. Absolutely worth the detour from your route to Italy or the south… beautiful small valley location, nice walks.

Really everything! Beautiful hotel. Perfect location in the heart of Épernay. Wonderful reception. The staff helped us with everything to organize a perfect weekend. The recommended champagne houses and restaurants were excellent. Beautiful, brand new room. The best bed and bedding ever. Our room was in the “old” part of the house which was a beautiful mix of tradition and modern comfort. Good breakfast. We appreciated the gym and sauna. Excellent parking with lots of chargers for EV’s.

This is a pretty, relaxed town with lots of casual outside cafes and restaurants. There are lots of opportunities to tour the champagne houses and their history and taste the champagnes. Everything is in easy walking distance.

Epernay is a champagne lover's dream!

Epernay is a champagne lover's dream! Quite compact and easy to get around to visit the Champagne Houses. Plenty of eating options and good accommodation. Good shopping options and a few old churches to visit.

Very quiet are but full of beautiful champagne houses to sit in and have a glass or a bottle.. Some great restaurants Enjoyed Mercier and moet and Chanson houses Grill and chill is small but great food Everything within walking distance.

Epernay as a place is not fantastic but it offers access to...

Epernay as a place is not fantastic but it offers access to the great Champagne houses and visit to their cellars, most notably Moet e Chandon and Mercier. If you can find an interesting place in the environs of the area it may be more interesting. If one has time it is worth visiting the monastery associated with Dom Perignon at Hautvilliers Abbey near Epernay.

A lovely town easy to get around on foot and visit champagne...

A lovely town easy to get around on foot and visit champagne houses. The champagne avenue with tunnels of bottles underground was a big surprise. Bakeries with delicious french pastries. The town hall's parc to spend some quite moments in the centre city.

Great location for a weekend stop-over in Epernay when travelling back to the UK from South West France. Good local amenities within a few minutes walk and only a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Parking on the opposite side of the street (on the side of the river) was never a problem and we were always able to park very close to the apartment.

Excellent location and boutique feel, with welcoming staff. Hotel Jean Moet is an easy walk from the Epernay train station and walking distance from the Ave de Champagne, a fantastic base to explore the area. Lovely breakfast available at the property. Staff were welcoming and friendly, will happily return on a future visit.

We loved the decor of the hotel which was a combination of classic French style with a modern twist. The breakfast was lovely and enjoyed in a pretty dining room. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Located in the centre of Épernay and just a short walk to Avenue de Champagne

great place to explore whole Champagne region in the walking distance to main city attractions - Avenue de Champagne, Ballon d'Epernay. One hour drive from Disneyland. Close to TGV train station - best way to get to Paris Gere d'Est under 1 hour.
