Welcome to this 50m2 apartment with a breathtaking view of the rooftops of Toulouse including the St Sernin Basilica, the Jacobin Convent and many others. Inside you will find all the comfort and the necessary equipment to spend a great stay (equipped kitchen, pleasant living room, quality mattress, fiber). We lived in this apartment (we put it in rent by Mathieu following our moving out) Two bedrooms are available, one with a 160x200 bed and the other with a 140x200 bed but both with comfortable mattresses (Tediber and Emma) to have a great sleep! The larger room has a dressing room and the other has a desk. Both rooms have this magnificent view of the roofs of Toulouse The apartment has two balconies, the smaller one which allows you to enjoy the panoramic view on the rooftops with a summer lounge and the larger one on the other side, on the boulevard, which is more animated and where you will find a table to eat. Even if the boulevard is busy, the noise is almost nil in the apartment because the windows are double glazed. To cook you will find a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine (piston or Italian), microwave, kettle, toaster, 2 induction plates, oven, fridge with water dispenser and plenty of storage space. And then to eat, a high table awaits you in the living room. The living room is equipped with a convertible corner sofa and a 44 inch television (SMART TV). For the TV and all other needs, you will benefit from an internet connection by fiber. In addition, you will find a washer-dryer, a wall-hung toilet and a newly built walk-in shower.

The location of the apartment is ideal: As far as sightseeing is concerned, the apartment is located between Arnaud Bernard and Compans Caffarelli, and you can visit all the tourist spots on foot. On the convenience side, a large Carrefour Market is available at 5 min walk, a fruit and vegetable market on the Arnaud Bernard square (at 1 min) takes place every Saturday morning or the large Jeanne d'arc market (cheapest fruits and vegetables in Toulouse) is at 10min walk and is every morning except Monday Transportation If you are by public transportation: on boulevard Lascrosses, you have access to buses (L1, 14, 29, 63, 70, airport shuttle) to go to the Matabiau train station or to the airport. Also, you are at 3 min walk from the Compans Caffarelli metro station (line B) and at 15 min walk from the line A (with the Capitole station) If you are by car, two public parking lots are nearby (Arnaud Bernard and Compans Caffarelli) or there are spaces available in the street If you are by bicycle, a secure bicycle parking inside the building is available
