Located on the 7th floor on the famous Canebière, it offers a very nice view thanks to its 15 arched windows. Renovated, redesigned and tastefully equipped in 2022, while respecting the choices of architect Fernand Pouillon, it now offers all the comforts for an unforgettable stay in Marseille. Located in the heart of Marseille, between the train station and the old port, all transport and shops are nearby, including the cinema of Art and Essay: The Varieties at the foot of the building or the market of Noailles and its oriental flavors.

Geographical location: La canebiere, what a great address! There's even a song dedicated to it. A main thoroughfare leading to the Vieux Port, it is one of Marseille's landmarks. It's also a quick link to the Gare Saint Charles, the Old Port and the Plaine and Cours Julien districts. Transportation: Gare saint charles is a 5-minute walk away, and the streetcar and metro are at the foot of the building. In season, the Old Port is a 5-minute walk away, and RTM maritime shuttles take you to the Pointe Rouge, Les Goudes and L'Estaque.
