This large holiday home is a beautiful Andalusian-influenced villa. The swimming pool terrace offers us a panoramic view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Each of the rooms of the villa is like a balcony overlooking the sea to admire the striking mirror play that occurs between the blues of the Mediterranean, the sky and the swimming pool. - The covered part of the terrace houses the barbecue and family meal areas; - The kitchen opens onto the barbecue terrace; - A couple's bedroom, with bathroom and access to swimming pool terrace on the ground floor; - Upstairs, another couple's bedroom, with a Tropezian terrace and a view overlooking the bay of St Tropez; - The children's bedroom, also upstairs, is a large space in the attic with numerous beds that can accommodate up to 6 children, with its bathroom (sink, shower); - A third couple can stay in the studio (bedroom, bathroom and kitchen): independent entrance, quasi-private terrace on a wooden platform which overlooks the hill with a spectacular view of the sea. Marie Christine is the owner of this family vacation home, inherited from her parents. She and her sons spend part of the summer vacation there... and they wouldn't give it up for anything! The rest of the time, she rents it out for tourist purposes to ensure its maintenance. Christelle takes care of welcoming tourists.
The villa is located in the hamlet of Issambres, a seaside resort near the Massif des Maures, a majestic forest landscape overlooking the Var coastline. It is the ideal location to discover the emblematic places of the Cote d'Azur : Saint Tropez, Grimaud, Cannes, Nice, Menton, Monte-Carlo... and many others. At the foot of the hill, you will be spoiled for choice for swimming : Pinede beach, San Peire beach, Calanque de Tardieu, Calanque de bonne eau, etc. Nearby, TUTTI/BARBAK restaurant, mini golf, delicatessen, l'antre-potes bistro... In San Peire, the L'Arpillon bar is one of the owners' favorite addresses.
