To make your daily life easier we have set up a cleaning service, replacement linen, and provide consumables (garbage bags, sponges, dishwashing products, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, linen for your arrival). In the city center, this beautiful avenue offers all the shops, bus, station, at your fingertips. Our studios are totally renovated, equipped and easy to access. Our 8 rooms on two floors each have their own personality. They are all spacious, very bright, their areas vary between 16 and 25 m2. All are furnished with high-end furniture, robust and design, a bed 2 people 140 x 200 cm, a large wardrobe, a desk. They are all equipped with a TV, USB sockets and high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen (duvet, 4 pillows, beds made on arrival and bath towels) is provided. They have double glazing and roller shutters. Common space: kitchen, shower or bath rooms, dining room, living room, terrace, garden, laundry, free parkings spaces.
