This 138 m² house in Laon can accommodate up to 6 people. For professional use, the ideal capacity is 4 travelers maximum. It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a 100 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows : First floor : - 35 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A study/living room with TV and sofa bed - Large bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC First floor : - Bedroom 1 and 2 : Double bed - Bedroom 3: Two single beds - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A lovely 100 m² enclosed garden - A south-facing terrace of approx. 40 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A bicycle shed Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an extra charge of 25 euros (only one pet per stay). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

The house is ideally located in Laon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : Laon is a medieval town, nicknamed Belle Ile en Terre by Victor Hugo, or the Carcassonne of the North, or "The Crowned Mountain". The house is at the foot of the hill, and the plateau, surrounded by 8 km of intact ramparts, can be reached directly by foot in 15 minutes. The old town behind the ramparts boasts many ancient monuments. These discoveries can be made on foot, by bike, by bus... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the accommodation.
